Sales Consultant

Join Our Team at Annoushka – Sales Consultant Wanted Location: Central London Employment Type: Permanent, full-time (40 hours per week) We are seeking sophisticated storytellers with a passion for jewellery and a love of people, who are motivated by delivering excellence in client experience and positive sales outcomes. What You Will Do: Delivering client service excellence Through storytelling and personal connection, provide a warm and hospitable welcome to every client, ensuring a memorable and luxurious shopping experience. Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets through product knowledge and consultative selling. Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients, maintaining client relationship data and proactively following up on sales leads and special occasions. Be a proud and enthusiastic Annoushka Brand Ambassador, embodying our Jewels for Life philosophy with integrity, warmth, and curiosity. Understanding our product Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of fine jewellery, gemstones, and precious metals, confidently educating clients on craftsmanship, collections, and care. Supporting store operations Ensure the space is an immaculate, welcoming space – visually aligned with brand standards and correctly stocked. Support smooth daily operations through effective stock management, inventory checks, visual merchandising, housekeeping and administrative tasks. Support aftersales service, ensuring client service excellence. Commercial & Client Excellence Proven track record of developing and achieving sales success in luxury or high-value retail. Confident storyteller who can build emotional connections with clients, listening with curiosity and translating this into personalised recommendations. Demonstrated successes in nurturing long-term client relationships. Product knowledge (and willingness to learn) to deliver confident consultations and exceptional after-sales support. Style & Spirit Professional, stylish, and polished personal presentation suited to luxury retail environments. Warm, approachable, and engaging with the ability to inspire confidence and delight in every interaction. Positive, proactive team player with strong levels of motivation, initiative, and adaptability. Operational & Digital Confidence Confident with digital tools, able to learn and navigate POS and CRM systems effectively.
