Join One of Glasgow’s Most Forward-Thinking Estate Agencies.
We’re not interested in maintaining the status quo.
At Yates Hellier, we’re building the estate agency we always wanted to work for. Marketing-led, customer-obsessed and ambitious about where we’re going next.
Our goal is simple: to become the first choice for homeowners across Glasgow’s West End. We’re looking for someone who wants to help make that happen.
Whether you’re an experienced Sales Consultant or currently working as a Negotiator or Property Consultant ready for the next step, we’d love to hear from you.
About Yates Hellier
This is an exciting time to join Yates Hellier. We’ve built a strong reputation, an exceptional team and a business we’re incredibly proud of. The next few years represent another important stage in our journey, and we’re looking for someone who wants to grow alongside us.
We’re known for doing things differently. From the way we market homes to the way we communicate with our clients, we’ve built a reputation for challenging the traditional approach to estate agency. We’re always looking for better ways of doing things, embracing new ideas and continually raising the standard of what clients should expect from an estate agent.
Based from our office on Hyndland Road, we’re one of the West End’s leading independent estate agencies. We’ve achieved that in a short period of time, competing against businesses that have been established for far longer.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
