Rentokil Specialist Hygiene Sales Consultant – South East & Sussex Area (Croydon Branch)

Key Responsibilities
In this field-based role, you’ll focus on consultative sales and customer success:
- Customer Engagements:
- Conduct hygiene surveys, present tailored solutions with proposals.
- Build and grow business relationships with new/existing clients.
- Lead Generation:
- Identify and develop leads independently + with team collaboration.
- Sales Execution:
- Deliver excellent in-person customer service.
- Consistently hit revenue targets and KPIs.
- Team Engagement: Strong alignment with Rentokil Initial colleagues.

Requirements
Essential Criteria
- Full UK driving licence confirmed (>2 years) with ≤6 penalty points.
- Highly self-motivated, target-driven, with a can-do attitude.
- Problem-solving skills to tailor solutions for diverse clients.
- Outstanding PR & communication abilities for face-to-face consultations.
- No mandatory prior experience in retention; sales/retail experience would be ideal.
Additional Considerations
- May require a DBS background check based on role responsibilities.
