The Opportunity
Snipp is seeking an experienced, UK-based (remote) independent Sales Consultant to provide business development and market advisory services supporting growth in the United Kingdom. The consultant will identify and develop prospective client opportunities, provide UK market insight, and support commercial discussions relating to Snipp's loyalty, promotions, and rewards technology suite.
What you'll do:
- Identify, qualify, and develop enterprise and mid-market opportunities across UK CPG, retail, and adjacent sectors
- Introduce Snipp's platforms and support demos, proposals, and commercial discussions
- Build and manage your own UK pipeline, with periodic activity and forecast updates
- Provide market intelligence on UK buyers, competitors, and trends
- Support RFP/RFI responses and contribute to pricing and negotiations
- Develop relationships across brand, marketing, shopper marketing, and procurement
- Coordinate with our CRO and EMEA team on cross-border opportunities

Requirements
What we're looking for:
- Substantial B2B sales / business development experience with a record of closing complex deals
- Direct experience in loyalty, promotions, rewards, martech, adtech, or agency services
- Existing UK relationships in CPG, retail, pharma, or adjacent sectors
- RFP/RFI experience and strong consultative, presentation, and negotiation skills
- UK-based and able to travel for client meetings and industry events
Engagement terms:
- Independent consulting engagement (not employment); 6-month initial term
- Fixed monthly fee of £7,000–£10,000, plus any separately agreed commission fees
- Non-exclusive: you're free to work with other non-conflicting clients
- You're responsible for your own taxes, National Insurance, insurance, and equipment
- Assessed on outcomes and deliverables, not fixed hours or day-to-day supervision
What success looks like:
During the initial engagement, the consultant will be expected to develop a qualified UK opportunity pipeline, facilitate productive introductions and commercial discussions, provide actionable market intelligence, and contribute to initial new-client wins. Specific deliverables, targets, commission terms, and reporting cadence will be documented in the final consulting agreement or statement of work.

Important notice
This is an independent consulting engagement and not a full-time employment position. The consultant will determine how, when, and where the services are performed, subject to agreed deliverables, client requirements, legal obligations, and reasonable coordination with Snipp. The consultant will not hold an officer or employee title and will have no authority to bind Snipp unless expressly authorized in writing.
The final working arrangement must reflect a genuine independent contractor relationship in practice, not only in title or contract language. Snipp reserves the right to revise or discontinue the engagement structure if operational requirements would require an employment relationship.
