  • Coordinate with our CRO and EMEA team on cross-border opportunities

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Requirements

What we're looking for:

  • Substantial B2B sales / business development experience with a record of closing complex deals
  • Direct experience in loyalty, promotions, rewards, martech, adtech, or agency services
  • Existing UK relationships in CPG, retail, pharma, or adjacent sectors
  • RFP/RFI experience and strong consultative, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • UK-based and able to travel for client meetings and industry events

Engagement terms:

  • Independent consulting engagement (not employment); 6-month initial term
  • Fixed monthly fee of £7,000–£10,000, plus any separately agreed commission fees
  • Non-exclusive: you're free to work with other non-conflicting clients
  • You're responsible for your own taxes, National Insurance, insurance, and equipment
  • Assessed on outcomes and deliverables, not fixed hours or day-to-day supervision

What success looks like:

During the initial engagement, the consultant will be expected to develop a qualified UK opportunity pipeline, facilitate productive introductions and commercial discussions, provide actionable market intelligence, and contribute to initial new-client wins. Specific deliverables, targets, commission terms, and reporting cadence will be documented in the final consulting agreement or statement of work.

Important notice

This is an independent consulting engagement and not a full-time employment position. The consultant will determine how, when, and where the services are performed, subject to agreed deliverables, client requirements, legal obligations, and reasonable coordination with Snipp. The consultant will not hold an officer or employee title and will have no authority to bind Snipp unless expressly authorized in writing.

The final working arrangement must reflect a genuine independent contractor relationship in practice, not only in title or contract language. Snipp reserves the right to revise or discontinue the engagement structure if operational requirements would require an employment relationship.
