Rentokil Specialist Hygiene Sales Consultant

We’re currently seeking a Sales Consultant to join our dedicated team in the Croydon branch, covering the South East and Sussex regions. If you thrive on managing your own schedule, solving unique customer challenges, and engaging directly with clients, this is the opportunity for you!

The Sales Consultant Role
Key Responsibilities
- Field-based sales:
- Conduct client surveys, provide tailored treatment proposals, and price work based on expertise
- Lead generation & relationship building:
- Develop leads independently and collaborate with colleagues at Rentokil Initial
- Foster strong client and colleague relationships
- Sales & customer service:
- Deliver exceptional service to existing clients while driving new sales
- Performance & targets:
- Meet and exceed KPIs and sales targets
Sales Consultant Requirements
- Essential:
- Full UK driving licence held for [minimum two years], with no more than six penalty points
- Self-motivated and target-driven
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent customer service and communication
- Nice to have:
- Background in retail or sales
- Additional Check:
- A DBS check may be required for certain roles
