Role Description
The Sales Consultant role is a full-time, on-site position based in Guildford. The Sales Consultant will assist customers in selecting jewelry, provide product information, and offer guidance to ensure an excellent in-store experience.

Daily responsibilities include:
- Greeting customers
- Understanding their needs
- Demonstrating products
- Processing sales transactions
- Handling after-sales queries

The role also involves:
- Maintaining store displays
- Monitoring stock levels
- Supporting promotional activities
The Sales Consultant will work closely with the team to achieve sales targets while upholding Whibleys’ standards of service and professionalism.
Qualifications
- Strong Sales Consulting and Consulting skills, with the ability to understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products.
- Proven Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction focus, with a professional and personable approach to in-store interactions.
- Effective Communication skills, including clear verbal communication and active listening.
- Previous experience in retail, luxury goods, or jewelry sales is beneficial.
- Attention to detail and accuracy when handling transactions and product information.
- Ability to work full-time on-site in Ash Vale, including weekends and peak trading periods as required.
- Basic numeracy and IT skills for operating point-of-sale systems.
- Reliability, integrity, and a willingness to learn about jewelry and gemstones.
