Sales and Leasing Real Estate Agents – Betterhomes

We are currently looking for Sales and Leasing Real Estate Agents to join our dynamic team. You’ll work closely alongside some of the best in the industry, within an experienced, high-performing team.
What You’ll Need to Succeed
To be successful, you’ll need:
- A minimum of 1 year of sales experience in a high-performing environment—such as Real Estate, Car Sales, or Recruitment—or
- Equivalent experience in a high-end service industry such as Cabin Crew or Luxury Retail.
- Fluent spoken English.
- A valid driving license.
- A proactive, can-do attitude with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, competitive yet supportive environment.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- The ability to deliver results while building lasting client relationships.
