What We Expect
We are looking for a passionate Service Sales Consultant to join our London team, who will report to our UK Sales Manager. This role will improve market penetration and grow the servicing business in line with our company objectives within the central London region.
As a Service Sales Consultant, your day to day will include:
Building relationships with customers Identify and develop new client areas via lead generation and prospecting Close profitable deals over a range of customer groups Achieve sales and revenue growth according to agreed targets Respond to quotation requests, tender enquiries, follow up and negotiate to close the sale. Maximise exposure of products and service across targeted accounts and maintain robust sales pipeline Develop and implement strategic account plans with clear objectives to increase market share Measure and communicate progress against monthly targets by accurate and timely reporting and forecasting Spend time managing existing client accounts to maximise share of their spend and develop existing relationships Liaise with Regional Director and Head of Sales, to ensure all work follows appropriate company practices Visiting clients

Who we are looking for
Commercially driven Previous sales experience, it will be advantageous if you have sales experience within the lift or escalator industry but not essential Strong presentation skills Competent in all Microsoft programmes, including Project and PowerPoint Excellent time management skills, highly organised, approachable and flexible Strong organisational and people skills Attention to detail Pro-active, driven by results and looking to go the extra mile
