This is a full-time, on-site Sales Consultant role based at David Lloyd Clubs in Bromsgrove. The Sales Consultant will:
- Welcome prospective members
- Conduct club tours
- Provide clear information about membership options, facilities, and services
The role includes:
- Managing inbound and outbound enquiries
- Following up on leads
- Meeting individual and team sales targets
- Maintaining accurate records in CRM systems
The Sales Consultant will work closely with club colleagues to:
- Create a positive member experience
- Support promotional activities and events
- Contribute to a culture of wellbeing and inclusion
Flexibility to work shifts, evenings, weekends, and peak periods is required to support club operations.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Sales Consulting skills, including lead generation, conversion, and meeting sales targets.
- Candidates should possess Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills to build relationships and deliver a positive member experience.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication and Consulting skills to understand member needs and present suitable solutions.
- Previous experience in health, fitness, retail, or hospitality sales is beneficial.
- Ability to work on-site in Bromsgrove, collaborate within a team, and manage time and priorities effectively.
- Comfort with basic IT systems and CRM tools, and willingness to learn internal processes.
- A results-focused mindset, professional demeanor, and commitment to inclusivity and member wellbeing.
