Sales Executive – Customer-Focused Retirement Community Developer

This role goes beyond sales—it’s about delivering outstanding customer experiences, building strong relationships, and driving measurable results. Key Responsibilities
• Achieve Sales Targets: Negotiate competitive deals to maximise margin and protect average sales price (ASP), while exceeding revenue goals. • Personalised Customer Experience: Provide tailored service, guiding customers through their journey from enquiry to move-in, ensuring they feel valued and confident. • Exemplary Standards: Maintain high professionalism at every interaction, showcasing McCarthy & Stone’s quality standards and community ethos. • Build Relationships: Engage with potential buyers, existing residents, and key stakeholders to convert leads and foster long-term loyalty. • Cross-Departments Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, property management, and operations teams to align sales with community goals. • Compliance & Development: Stay updated on sales processes, regulations, and industry best practices, continuously refining your expertise.

What We’re Looking For
Core Requirements
• Strong track record in customer-focused, target-driven sales • Experience in estate agency, housebuilding, or retirement/senior housing (ideal but not mandatory) • Demonstrated success in negotiation, objection handling, and pipeline management • Proficient in Salesforce and Microsoft Office for data tracking and reporting • Strong relationship-building and communication skills
