About the Role
We are seeking a passionate Sales Consultant to join our team!
As a Sales Consultant, your primary responsibilities will be split as follows:
- 70% of your role will involve phone sales, inspiring and promoting our DL (David Lloyd) values to prospects within an office environment.
- 30% of your role will focus on inspiring and showcasing our clubs, exceeding sales targets individually and as a team—especially during new member onboarding to ensure a premium after-care experience.

Requirements & Qualities
We’re looking for a Self-driven Sales Consultant who possesses:
✔ Target-driven mentality with excellent administrative and organisational skills ✔ A passion for health and fitness—we want someone genuinely enthusiastic about sharing our services ✔ A commitment to quality customer experience who takes pride in their sales approach ✔ Preferred (but not essential): Previous experience in a sales environment
