About the Role

To be considered for this Luxury Sales Consultant role, a proven track record in luxury retail is a prerequisite. Additional expertise in luxury Swiss watch brands and/or fine jewellery is a strong advantage.

Job Overview

As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for:

  • Achieving sales objectives through active networking.
  • Building strong client relationships using the highest level of luxury customer service.
  • Creating an authentic, exquisite experience for all customers.
  • Serving as a flexible, highly driven role that can support team efforts in-store.
  • Combining an entrepreneur mindset with role-specific responsibilities.

Responsibilities

-Achieve sales targets through targeted client engagement and networking. -Create immersive client experiences aligned with brand values. -Champion brand storytelling and historical significance to enhance client understanding and loyalty. -Handle VIP and challenging client situations with confidence. -Ensure meticulous attention to personal presentation and attention to detail. -Maintain client relationships through sophisticated and personalized follow-up. -Collaborate autonomously and proactively within a team environment. -Comply with in-house security procedures and brand guidelines.


Requirements

  • Minimum two years’ experience in luxury retail, ideally with an established client book.
  • Strong selling skills with a proven track record of successful transactions.
  • Ability to deliver a flawless selling ceremony in line with brand direction while reflecting a unique professional touch.
  • Demonstrated ability to foster brand loyalty through high-end client care.
  • Self-motivated yet collaborative mindset to integrate seamlessly within the team.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal sensitivity.

Additional Preference

  • Experience with VIP clients and complex CRM engagements is advantageous.

Benefits

  • Annual basic salary: £30,000 – £35,000
  • Variable commission (costing depends on brand dedication)
  • Open application for candidates with higher salary expectations (additional vacancies and opportunities across multiple luxury brands available).
