Sales Consultant

Location: Northwood

Brand: Gibbs Gillespie

Salary: Competitive Salary Package

Hours:

  • Monday to Thursday: 9am – 6pm
  • Friday: 9am – 5:30pm
  • 1 in 2 Saturdays: 10am – 3pm

Key Requirements:

  • You must have a full UK driving licence and your own vehicle.

Job Summary and Key Responsibilities

Are you a customer service professional with a background in sales? Passionate, motivated, and eager to advance your career in property? If so, this role offers an excellent opportunity to join a leading real estate company and accelerate your estate agency career.

The Sales Consultant position is dynamic and rewarding.

Key Duties:

  • Identifying new business opportunities and registering applicants
  • Conducting property viewings (both booking and performing)
  • Serving as the primary point of contact between buyers and vendors
  • Advertising properties and accurately preparing listing details
  • Managing the entire sale process from viewing to completion
  • Providing exceptional customer service, both in-person and over the phone
  • Meeting personal and branch sales targets
  • Representing the company with professionalism and integrity

  • Experience in sales and customer service
  • Strong telephone skills and a positive, professional attitude

  • Ability to build and maintain trusted relationships across all levels
  • Adaptability and responsiveness to change
  • A full UK driving licence (essential due to operational demands)
