Location: Northwood

Salary: Competitive Salary Package
Hours:
- Monday to Thursday: 9am – 6pm
- Friday: 9am – 5:30pm
- 1 in 2 Saturdays: 10am – 3pm
Key Requirements:
- You must have a full UK driving licence and your own vehicle.

Job Summary and Key Responsibilities
Are you a customer service professional with a background in sales? Passionate, motivated, and eager to advance your career in property? If so, this role offers an excellent opportunity to join a leading real estate company and accelerate your estate agency career.
The Sales Consultant position is dynamic and rewarding.
Key Duties:
- Identifying new business opportunities and registering applicants
- Conducting property viewings (both booking and performing)
- Serving as the primary point of contact between buyers and vendors
- Advertising properties and accurately preparing listing details
- Managing the entire sale process from viewing to completion
- Providing exceptional customer service, both in-person and over the phone
- Meeting personal and branch sales targets
- Representing the company with professionalism and integrity

Skills & Requirements
- Experience in sales and customer service
- Strong telephone skills and a positive, professional attitude
- Self-driven, goal-oriented mindset with tenacity to succeed
- Ability to build and maintain trusted relationships across all levels
- Adaptability and responsiveness to change
- A full UK driving licence (essential due to operational demands)
