In a Nutshell…
We have an exciting opportunity for a Sales Consultant to join our team within Vistry East Yorkshire, at our Garforth site. As our Sales Consultant, you will be the face of the development, guiding customers through every step of purchasing a new build home. You'll deliver exceptional customer service, manage the full sales process from initial enquiry to legal completion, and work proactively to achieve sales targets while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism.

Customer Engagement & Experience
- Welcome all visitors to the development, providing a warm, professional first impression.
- Build strong relationships with prospective buyers, understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.
- Deliver high-quality home demonstrations and development tours.
- Maintain consistent communication with customers throughout the buying journey, ensuring a seamless and positive experience.
Sales Process Management
- Manage all leads from enquiry through to reservation and legal completion.
- Conduct sales appointments, qualifying customers effectively and progressing them through the sales pipeline.
- Prepare reservation documentation, ensure accuracy, and comply with all company processes.
- Work closely with solicitors, mortgage advisors, and other stakeholders to progress sales efficiently.
- Proactively manage cancellations and work to retain and recover sales where possible.
Site & Administration
- Ensure the sales office, show homes, and marketing suite are presented to the highest standard daily.
- Maintain accurate records, CRM updates, and reporting as required by the business.
- Work collaboratively with site managers, construction teams, and customer care colleagues.
- Attend weekly build meetings to review progress and ensure sales and construction alignment.
- Comply with all Health & Safety policies and ensure visitors follow site procedures.

Performance & Targets
- Achieve monthly sales targets in line with the company's objectives.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and local demand to support sales strategies.
- Promote additional products and incentives (e.g., Part Exchange, Assisted Move, Smooth Move) where suitable.
