Sales Consultant – Premium Health & Wellness Together You
Europe’s leading premium health and wellness group is growing—and we need passionate, outstanding Sales Consultants to join our team!
About the Role
This is a dynamic role where you’ll inspire and engage directly with our customers. Approximately 70% of your time will involve:
- Hitting the phones, calling prospective members within our office environment.
- Sharing our DL values and championing what makes our clubs exceptional.
The remaining 30% of your time will focus on:
- Showcasing club amenities, delivering a premium member experience.
- Driving sales targets individually and collectively.
- Onboarding new members, ensuring they receive our world-class aftercare service. (While this role includes evenings, weekends, and public holidays as required.)
You’ll also uphold our core mission: Building a thriving, inclusive culture beyond just fitness.
What You’ll Do
- Leverage a self-motivated, target-driven approach to:
- Achieve weekly, monthly, and yearly performance goals.
- Master both administration and organisational excellence for smooth operations.
- Deliver exceptional sales consultations, embodying the core DL values.
- Collaborate with your team to Hit targets, align on strategies, and grow membership.
- Onboard new members with meticulous detail, providing seamless transitions and follow-up care.

Your Profile

- Proven track record in sales (whether retail, customer-facing, or one-to-one). Previous experience isn’t mandatory, but a strength for commitment excels here.
- Capacity to prioritise: juggling inspiring prospective members and onboarding ambitious end-users without compromise.
- Deliver "quality experiences"—with enthusiasm, precision, and pride in every interaction.
