Sales Consultant – Product Consultant (Motorstore, Nottingham)
Salary & Benefits
- Salary: £25,500 with no company car or £23,500 with company car, plus:
- On-target earnings of £40,000 – £45,000 with uncapped earning potential
- Contract: Flexible five-day working week
- Annual Leave: 33 days

We’re looking for an ambitious and confident Sales Consultant to join our team at Arnold Clark’s Motorstore in Nottingham.

As an Arnold Clark Product Consultant (yes, that’s what we’ll call you), you’ll:
- Guide customers from the moment they walk through the door to a seamless aftersales experience.
- Help them find the perfect car based on their needs, while building strong, positive relationships.
- Sell trusted sales packages with integrity and professionalism, from finance to servicing.

What You’ll Do on a Typical Day
✅ Customer-Centric Care:
- Help customers find the right car for their needs
- Deliver 5-star service—no corners cut!
✅ Sales & Relationship-Building:
- Guide customers through every stage of the sales process
- Sell finance, servicing, and aftercare packages with honesty and professionalism
✅ Back-End Logistics:
- Coordinate vehicle orders and deliveries to keep things running smoothly
✅ Team & Goal-Driving:
- Meet monthly sales targets with positive customer experiences
- Work collaboratively in a dynamic team to hit deadlines and keep promises
