Rewards Package
- Base Salary: £35,000–£50,000 (negotiable)
- Commission: 8% on every policy sold, plus 8% on renewals (boosted by premium increases)
- Sales Awards:
- 1st Place: Two first-class world tickets
- 2nd Place: £2,000 bonus
- 3rd Place: £1,000 bonus
- Year-end Prizes: Thousands available for top performers
- Consistency Bonuses:
- 2 months on target: £100
- 3 months on target: £200
- 4 months on target: £300
- Ongoing: £300 bonus per month for all subsequent target-hitting months
Requirements & Expectations
- Sales Experience: Strong track record with phone-based sales
- Drive & Enthusiasm: Proven ambition, motivational spirit, and a hunger for success

Working Conditions
- Hours: 9:30 AM – 5 PM
- Holidays:
- 20 days + bank holidays
- Numerous extra days over Christmas & New Year
- 25 days after 5 years’ service
