Used Car Sales Controller – Audi Approved Epsom

Audi Approved Epsom is looking for an experienced, highly energetic and driven Sales Controller to lead our Audi Approved Used operation.
Working from our dedicated used car sales suite, complete with its subtle Audi Formula 1-inspired flair, you'll play a key role in driving performance within a hyper focused retail environment. Separate from the main showroom, our team can concentrate on what matters most – delivering an outstanding customer experience and selling premium used Audis.
With access to over 150 Audi Approved Used vehicles across our group, this is an exciting opportunity for a proven Sales Controller.
The Role
This is a hands-on position where you'll lead from the front, supporting the team throughout the entire sales process while ensuring every opportunity is maximised.
Your Responsibilities Will Include
- Driving the performance of the Sales Executive team to consistently achieve and exceed targets.
- Managing enquiries and ensuring every lead is responded to promptly and professionally.
- Second facing every customer, helping to convert opportunities into sales.
- Coaching, motivating and developing the sales team through daily support and structured feedback.
- Monitoring enquiry management, appointments, test drives and conversion rates.
- Supporting finance and profit performance while maintaining excellent customer satisfaction.
- Working closely with the Sales Manager to deliver departmental objectives.
- Maintaining Audi Approved Used standards and ensuring compliance at every stage of the sales process.

What We're Looking For
- Previous experience as a Sales Controller, Business Manager or high-performing Senior Sales Executive within the motor trade.
- Volkswagen Group experience and accreditation would be highly advantageous.
- A proven record of achieving targets and developing others to do the same.
- Strong leadership, entrepreneurial and motivational skills.
- Excellent organisational and enquiry management abilities.
- Strong commercial awareness with a focus on both customer satisfaction and profitability.
- Full UK driving licence.
