Sales Controller - Hyundai
Motorvogue is a forward-thinking and growing automotive retail group representing a wide range of leading brands across six locations. Our franchises include Fiat, Fiat Professional, Abarth, Alfa Romeo, Jeep, CUPRA, SEAT, Hyundai, Citroën, Peugeot, Omoda and Jaecoo, with dealerships in Northampton, Bedford, King’s Lynn, Norwich and Bury St Edmunds. Our sixth site opened in Dunstable in April 2024, reflecting our continued growth and development.
We are now looking for an experienced Sales Controller to work at our Norwich Hyundai branch.

About You
You will have:
- At least 3 years experience in a similar role within the motor industry
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills
- An ability to be highly organised and able to prioritise workloads
- A positive attitude at all times and always lead by example

The Role
Ideally you will be in a similar role or be an accomplished senior sales executive looking to move up to the next level. This is a sales role and as such you will be required to sell our products as well as support your team and second-face their customers.
Our working pattern is 5.5 days average (5-days week 1 and 6-days week 2), including weekends.
Reporting to the General Sales Manager, you will be expected to:
- Drive the business forward by maximising sales and profitability
- Support, coach and mentor your team and lead by example at all times
- Ensure your pitch is presentable at all times in line with company standards
- Maintain your stock both on site and online to ensure maximum ROI
- Consistently improve customer satisfaction
- Handle any customer complaints in an efficient and effective way

We Offer
- Industry leading salary of £27,000 with an OTE of £40,000 but this is uncapped - our highest earners achieved over £50,000!
