Sales Controller

MacGregor Black is partnering with a leading FMCG business to recruit a Sales Controller responsible for driving sales performance across key QSR accounts. You'll develop customer strategies, lead commercial negotiations, identify growth opportunities, and work cross-functionally to execute winning category and channel plans.

- Develop and implement strategic account plans for major QSR customers.
- Lead commercial negotiations to deliver profitable growth.
- Build strong customer relationships and identify new business opportunities.
- Own customer P&L performance, budgets, and forecasting.
- Deliver annual joint business plans aligned to customer and business objectives.
- Analyse sales data, market trends, and customer insights to identify growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Category, Supply Chain, and Finance to execute customer plans.
- Lead promotional planning and evaluate return on investment.
- Ensure accurate demand forecasting and effective inventory management.
- Deliver sales, margin, and volume targets while maintaining strong customer satisfaction.

What We're Looking For:
- Proven experience managing national QSR or foodservice accounts within FMCG.
- Strong commercial negotiation and influencing skills.
- Excellent analytical and financial acumen.
- A collaborative approach with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
- A results-driven mindset with a passion for delivering growth.
£75k plus car allowance and bonus
