Sales Controller – Kia Dealership (Milton Keynes)
About the Role Allen Motor Group are recruiting a Sales Controller to join their flagship Kia dealership in Milton Keynes, responsible for guiding customers through the purchasing process while ensuring an exceptional service experience. This is a full-time, permanent role (5-day week) with a £32,000 base salary and an earnings potential up to £50,000 OTE, reporting to the Sales Manager.

Required Skills & Experience
Applicants should have: ✅ Proven automotive business/transactional experience in a franchised dealership, with ambitions to progress into senior management. ✅ Strong experience in stacking and controlling deals to ensure profitability. ✅ Enthusiasm for engaging with customers from initial contact right through to closing sales. ✅ Excellent relationship-building and interpersonal skills. ✅ Knowledge of delivering finance and insurance (FCA-compliant) packages. ✅ At least one full UK driving licence.

- Delivering outstanding customer service from start to finish.
