Our sales colleagues play a key role in our success by delivering great service and building strong customer relationships. At CCF, we supply insulation, drywall, and ceiling products to the UK construction industry, supported by a nationwide network of branches and expert colleagues.

What you’ll do

  • Build strong relationships with customers and work closely with the external Account Manager
  • Use CRM and Sales Hub systems to make outbound calls and generate new business
  • Manage customer enquiries from first contact through to invoicing
  • Identify the right products for customer needs and offer alternatives where appropriate
  • Achieve sales targets while managing discounts and margins
  • Handle customer queries professionally and efficiently
  • Keep up to date with product knowledge, pricing, and availability
  • Complete all sales, cash, and credit documentation accurately
  • Support stock takes when required
  • Always follow health and safety standards
