By securing sales and upholding data integrity through CRM maintenance, you’ll play a crucial part in our success.


Responsibilities

You will ensure efficiency and accuracy in:

  • Sales operations:

    • Processing sales quotations, sales orders, and purchase orders.
    • Managing assigned customer accounts and building relationships.
  • Order fulfillment:

    • Expediting customer and supplier orders.
    • Handling returns and non-conformances.
  • Data quality:

    • Maintaining and updating CRM records to guarantee clean, current data.

  • Customer service coordination:

    • Following up on quotations to secure business.
    • Supporting Business Development Managers with sales tasks.

Key Requirements

  • Sales experience (previous role reservoir valued).
  • Minimum GCSEs or Standard Grades.
  • CompEx Foundation (or commitment to complete).
  • Customer service, anti-bribery, and anti-slavery/human trafficking training (provided by us).
