About The Role
The Crowd are partnered with a growing, collaborative, design-led interior consultancy, seeking a Sales Coordinator to join their friendly and social London team.
In this role, you’ll help maintain exceptional standards in client service and support end-to-end sales coordination, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in all activities. Working closely with the wider team, you’ll manage quotations, client communications, and operations within a fast-paced, client-focused environment. This is an ideal opportunity for candidates with a background in administrative coordination, sales support, or similar—though an ambitious beginner with the right mindset will also be considered. A passion for sustainable design is a bonus.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and manage quotations, proposals, and client enquiries
- Coordinate with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to support project delivery
- Source products and obtain supplier pricing and commercial information
- Maintain accurate data across CRM and internal systems
- Assist with project administration, including sample management, logistics, meeting prep, and action tracking
- Ensure compliance with company processes while contributing to continuous improvement initiatives
Key Skills & Requirements
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Commercial awareness with confidence in handling pricing and quotation processes
- Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines effectively
- Proactive, collaborative, and customer-focused mindset
- An interest in design and furniture industry trends
