Role
We are currently looking for a Sales Coordinator to join our Sales team at Rosewood London. You will play a pivotal role in supporting the Sales team by managing administrative processes, coordinating client communication, and ensuring seamless execution of sales activities. You will act as a key liaison between internal departments and external clients, contributing to exceptional guest experiences.
Key Expectations
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Sales & Marketing team.
- Prepare and distribute sales proposals, contracts, and confirmations with meticulous attention to detail.
- Manage client enquiries, ensuring prompt, professional, and personalised responses.
- Coordinate site inspections, client visits, and familiarisation trips.
- Maintain accurate client records, reports, and databases.
- Assist with the organisation of sales events, trade shows, and promotional activities.
- Liaise with internal departments to ensure flawless execution of group and corporate bookings.
- Support revenue and forecasting reports as required.

Profile
- Previous experience within a luxury hospitality setting or a related field is preferred.
- Strong organisational and administrative skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Professional, polished, and service-oriented demeanour.
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced, high-standard environment.
- A genuine passion for sales and luxury hospitality.
