About the Role
The Sales Coordinator will provide essential administrative and operational support to a global advertising sales team. This position is responsible for:
- Reporting
- Maintaining data compliance
- Streamlining processes
- Offering technical assistance
The Sales Coordinator collaborates closely with sales colleagues to ensure smooth operational processes, uphold high customer service standards, and facilitate revenue generation through timely and reliable administrative support.
Job Responsibilities
- Coordinate with internal departments to resolve customer access issues quickly.
- Work with a global sales team to provide complete sales administrative support, including:
- Deal creation
- Sales invoicing
- Customer liaison
- Payment chasing
- Reporting
- Act as a first point of contact for customers by managing shared inboxes and responding to enquiries.
- Maintain accurate data and reporting across systems such as Salesforce and Power BI.
- Help ensure deals progress smoothly from enquiry through to invoicing and payment.

Required Qualifications
- A university degree or relevant experience.
- Prior experience in a sales administration or customer service role.
- Experience with a CRM.
- High proficiency in MS Office applications, especially:
- Word
- PowerPoint
- Excel (including spreadsheet creation and manipulation)
- Data analysis skills and a logical approach to problem-solving.
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
- Attention to detail and the ability to prioritise tasks.
- Ability to multitask and manage various projects independently.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills to interact with a wide variety of colleagues and customers, and ability to work with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, international environment and prioritise competing demands.
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of Salesforce.
- Knowledge of Power BI.

Salary Range (UK)
25,353 GBP to 31,384 GBP
