Sales Operations Coordinator

I am working with a Leeds based client who are looking for a highly organised and detail-focused Sales Operations Coordinator to support our sales teams and ensure the smooth running of our quote-to-cash process.

Working closely with Sales, Finance, and Operations, you'll play a key role in processing customer orders, managing supplier interactions, and maintaining accurate sales data, helping to deliver an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and process quotes, sales orders, and customer documentation.
  • Manage transactions across the quote-to-cash process, ensuring accuracy throughout.
  • Process and book customer orders within the finance system.
  • Register services and liaise with suppliers through supplier portals.
  • Track RFQs and customer orders, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution.
  • Maintain accurate customer and sales records across CRM, SharePoint, Business Central, and other internal systems.
  • Support internal and external enquiries with relevant information and updates.
  • Work closely with Sales, Finance, and Operations teams to keep orders moving efficiently.
  • Manage escalations and help resolve issues promptly.

About You

  • Experience in sales support, sales administration, or order processing.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • High attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
  • Experience with Microsoft Business Central and CRM systems is desirable.
  • Comfortable working collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Salary is paying up to £28,000 plus benefits.

This is a fully onsite role with 5 days a week in the Leeds city centre office.
