Sales Coordinator, Amazon
Location: London, Hammersmith Working Pattern: Mon - Fri (37.5 hours), Eligible for virtual working / flexible working Reports to: Sales Operations Manager, Amazon
Role Purpose
To support the Amazon EU team with order entry to achieve sales targets and provide a high customer service level, both internally and externally.
What You’ll Do
- Order entry for all Amazon EU territories
- Work with Senior Sales Coordinator, Amazon with administrative tasks
- Review deadline dates on the order book to ensure Sales Orders are in line with Vendor Central
- Work with AVS team to adjust Purchase Orders on Vendor Central
- Support the Sales Operations Manager, Amazon with any ad hoc tasks

What You’ll Bring
- Passionate about the customer experience
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 packages
- Amazon experience but not essential
- Excellent organisational skills
- Be able to demonstrate a ‘team player’ ethic
- The ability to prioritise and work at pace
- Attention to detail
- Good relationship builder with internal and external stakeholders
- Excellent written and verbal communication
