Job Purpose

- Provide support to Channel Managers (Leisure and Corporate) with internal and trade queries as and when required.
- Assist sales Executives with achieving their sales objectives including the use of virtual engagement to reach and engage with a wider audience of trade partners.
- Assist Sales Team with preparation of visual material for travel trade events and fairs.
- Ensure salesforce.com is updated on a regular basis with trade accounts / IATA and at chain levels.
Provide administrative support to the Senior Manager Sales and Manager Commercial Enablement by handling sales queries, correspondence, preparing meeting minutes and redirecting matters to relevant departments as appropriate when Inside Sales Officer on leave.
- Look after ticket allocation, administration for UK stakeholders including external parties for sponsorship events such as Arsenal/rugby/cricket and other sponsored events, deal with all the queries.
- Liaise with Head Office and Eventim to ensure tickets are managed and sent out in a timely manner.
- To assist and manage head office requests in the absence of inside sales officer.

Ensure salesforce.com has correct and up to date event / sponsorship information for POS UK market including updating account records with sponsorship tickets given out and creating Salesforce campaigns where necessary to support this.
- To attend industry functions, trade events, conferences when required.
- Organise fam trips, events and roadshows when required including making flight bookings for fam trips and prizewinners.
To liaise with other internal departments such as Corporate Communications to ensure consistent commercial messaging and brand compliance including support with B2B communications, approval of marketing material from UK Trade using Emirates global guidelines.
Assist with running UK Trade Incentives using the Emirates Partner Portal. Manage campaign assets, upload into Salesforce Content Management, administer prize draw and prize fulfilment.
- Provide support for onboarding of the agents via the Emirates Partners Portal and ensure the content is kept relevant for the UK trade.
- Provide support for ad hoc dotmailing, including cleaning and maintaining relevant databases.
Qualification
- A good standard of general education up to A level standard.
- Minimum of 4 years’ Airline sales support or administrative experience.
- Strong commercial acumen.
- Knowledge of digital workplace tools including Microsoft Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Sharepoint.
- Knowledge of reservations, fares/ticketing and Emirates’ products and services.
- Experience of marketing, communications and events.
- Ability to maintain and interpret sales data/statistics.
- Experience in using salesforce.com or similar Customer Relationship Management (CRM) application.
- Excellent presentation and communications skills.
- Valid full Driving Licence is desirable.
