Why You Should Apply
A name, not a number
If you're a Sales Coordinator or sales administrator who's tired of feeling anonymous in a big company, this is different. Here, you cut through the bureaucracy and have a direct say in how things run, with a 27-year track record of real job security.
True variety every day
With over 250 active customers across industries, from lab equipment to warehouse machinery, you tackle fresh challenges rather than the same task on repeat. The day goes quickly, and you never clock-watch.
Guaranteed proper rest
The office fully closes between Christmas and New Year. That's uninterrupted time to recharge with family and friends, with no work nagging at the back of your mind.
Work that clearly matters
You're the vital link between customers and the workshop. What you do lands in someone's hands every day, so your contribution is visible and valued, not buried in a spreadsheet.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
