The Role... Soho Home has an exciting opportunity for a Sales Coordinator to join the team. This is a great opportunity for a dynamic sales driven individual interested to work on growing meaningful commercial partnerships looking to contribute to the long-term brand strategy and make a difference in the product life cycle. The Sales Coordinator is a well organised and dynamic individual, able to work efficiently across departments and eager to contribute to the achievement of agreed sales goals. This role reports to the Senior Global Sales Manager as part of the wholesale team and will assist in the process of building and maintaining outlets and off-price revenue channels. The role ensures smooth coordination between internal teams ( Sales , Logistics , Finance and Merchandising) Support the Senior Global Sales Manager with the full admin and execution functions of the outlet and off-price business, including account management when B2B parties. Review stock weekly to suggest, plan and execute selling opportunities accordingly. Raise orders and issue confirmations, communicate delivery deadlines and follow up the PO journey from warehouse to customer. Provide customer invoices and credit and ensure all relevant portals are always updated. Attend the daily logistics WIP to communicate weekly priorities and work with the warehouse teams to ensure seamless delivery of orders through to clients within communicated timelines. Work closely with Operations and Finance, to own stock position for excess, clearance as well as full price to identify selling opportunities. Support the Senior Global Sales Manager with the production of sample sale events and off-price B2C activities. Work collaboratively with Logistics, Operations, Merchandising and Finance to ensure customer requirements are met and live orders are accurate. Communicate clearly and effectively with external partners delivering excellent customer service and responding to all queries in a timely manner. Build and maintain relationships with account counterparts. Actively seeking solutions for excess stock sales as well as maintaining a regular cadence of opportunities with existing partners. Anticipate risk on the weekly / monthly / quarterly performance and raise this to leadership Delivering trade notes each week to provide visibility of orders taken and dispatched week on week. Work with the Global Senior Sales Manager to create quarterly reports What you will need to be successful in this role 3+ Years' experience in a similar role Homeware experience advantageous Ability of driving sales growth Good Excel and numerical skills Can do Attitude and ability to problem solve Experience managing luxury wholesale accounts globally Results orientated with an ability to adapt quickly to changing circumstances.
