Job Title: Sales Coordinator

Salary: £26,500 per annum - £13.06 per hour
Shift Pattern: 8:00am - 17:00pm Monday to Friday 39 hours per week
Location: Rutland
Our client, a well known business based in Rutland are seeking a Sales Coordinator who demonstrates enthusiasm, passion and a drive in coordinating sales processes.

The Sales Coordinator Role
- Sales/Business specific office duties and administration such as sales order processing, invoicing, delivery notes, reporting and responding to customer enquiries
- Assist with managing online sales platforms (e.g., Not On The High Street, Etsy), including processing and dispatching orders, maintaining accurate product listings and monitoring stock levels
- Deliver outstanding customer service through timely, accurate and professional communication with retail partners and internal teams.
- Prepare sales data for presentations
- Play an active role in driving sales and representing the brand at key tradeshows throughout the year.
- Organise manage and update relevant sales data using database applications, type and word-process various documents and electronic information
- Prepare reports, data and insights to support the Sales Manager in decision‑making and planning
- Provide sales and customer service support to customers and key stakeholders

The Sales Coordinator Candidate
- A background in sales order processing
- In addition, an understanding of the manufacturing environment and associate dispatch deadlines and challenges would be highly beneficial
- Experience in both sales order processing and export of goods from the UK
- Excellent communication skills and an unflappable nature
- High level of experience of sales administration experience in a fast-moving sales production environment ideally dealing within the manufacturing industry
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills, concentrating on Microsoft Excel in particular xlqdzyr
- Self-motivated and pro-active
- Excellent telephone manner
- Customer-focus driven
- Initiative to work alone but also as part of a wider team
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to complete tasks in a time efficient manner
