We're seeking an enthusiastic Sales Co-ordinator to join our growing team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with excellent communication skills and a passion for customer service. As a Sales Co-ordinator you'll be at the heart of our business, converting incoming enquiries into successful projects and building lasting relationships with clients across Domestic, Commercial, and Industrial sectors.
Salary & Shift Pattern:
- Salary ranges from £26,000 - £30,000 per annum (dependent on experience) + commission/bonus opportunities
- Shift Pattern: 40 hours per week, permanent, full-time position
- Hours: Monday to Friday - 8am start until 5pm
Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
- Being the first point of contact for customers ready to embrace the electric vehicle revolution
- Promptly responding to incoming leads via phone, email, and online enquiries
- Qualify customer requirements and understand their electrical and EV charging needs
- Prepare accurate and competitive quotations for potential projects
- Schedule and coordinate site visits and customer meetings
- Maintain and update our CRM system with customer interactions and sales progress
- Follow up with prospects to move opportunities through the sales pipeline
- Build strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals
- Collaborate with our technical and operations teams to ensure smooth project handovers
- Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to team goals
- Keeping up to date with our product range, services, and industry developments

What We're Looking For:
Essential Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Confident telephone manner with a friendly, professional approach
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple enquiries and priorities simultaneously
- Computer literate with experience using Microsoft Office or similar software
- Self-motivated with a positive, can-do attitude
- Team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment
- Genuine interest in customer satisfaction and delivering excellent service

Desirable:
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, or a client-facing role
- Knowledge of the electrical or EV charging industry
- Experience with CRM systems
- Full UK driving licence (beneficial for potential site visits)
