Sales Customer Advisor - Audi

Salary: £42,500 OTE

Location: Lincoln

At JCT600, our sales customer advisors are driven by results and motivated by success. You’ll be at the forefront of our dealership, using your passion for sales to deliver exceptional results while providing an outstanding customer experience. This is a fast-paced, target-driven role where your ability to build rapport, influence decisions, and close deals will directly contribute to your success—and your earnings.

About the Role

As a Sales Customer Advisor, your day-to-day will include:

  • Proactively engaging with customers in the showroom, identifying sales opportunities and understanding their needs.
  • Presenting vehicles confidently and conducting engaging test drives to showcase features and benefits.
  • Delivering persuasive, compliant presentations of finance and insurance products, in line with FCA regulations.
  • Consistently achieving and exceeding individual and team sales targets.
  • Following up leads, managing your pipeline effectively, and maximising every sales opportunity.
  • Ensuring every customer enjoys a premium buying experience that reflects the JCT600 standard.

Requirements

We’re looking for a sales customer advisor with the following qualities:

  • A confident, results-focused salesperson.
  • Highly motivated, resilient, and hungry to exceed expectations.
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills, with a consultative yet persuasive approach.
  • Smart, professional, and able to represent premium automotive brands with pride.
  • Full UK driving licence (no excessive penalty points).
