Sales Customer Advisor - Audi
Salary: £42,500 OTE
Location: Lincoln

You’ll be at the forefront of our dealership, using your passion for sales to deliver exceptional results while providing an outstanding customer experience. This is a fast-paced, target-driven role where your ability to build rapport, influence decisions, and close deals will directly contribute to your success—and your earnings.
About the Role
As a Sales Customer Advisor, your day-to-day will include:
- Proactively engaging with customers in the showroom, identifying sales opportunities and understanding their needs.
- Presenting vehicles confidently and conducting engaging test drives to showcase features and benefits.
- Delivering persuasive, compliant presentations of finance and insurance products, in line with FCA regulations.
- Consistently achieving and exceeding individual and team sales targets.
- Following up leads, managing your pipeline effectively, and maximising every sales opportunity.
- Ensuring every customer enjoys a premium buying experience that reflects the JCT600 standard.

Requirements
We’re looking for a sales customer advisor with the following qualities:
- A confident, results-focused salesperson.
- Highly motivated, resilient, and hungry to exceed expectations.
- Excellent communication and influencing skills, with a consultative yet persuasive approach.
- Smart, professional, and able to represent premium automotive brands with pride.
- Full UK driving licence (no excessive penalty points).
