We are looking for a self-motivated and enthusiastic Sales & Customer Service Advisor to join our team in Boston, Lincolnshire
What do you get to do?
- Working in partnership to create joint growth plans through product, market reviews, new ideas and initiatives.
- Monitoring and analysing sales of key product groups and following them up with proactive suggestions to the team initially.
- Utilising Metsä Wood tools and reporting to analyse and make responsible commercial decisions.
- Effective use of CRM
- Review reports received 2 hourly/daily and action where applicable
- Make pro-active calls in order to hit target e.g. cold calls, load builds, discuss historical orders
- Participating in bespoke training courses
- Liaise with Internal departments regarding stock availability, route planners, delivery and communicating results back to the customer
- Communicate special offers/promotions to customers
- Build and maintain internal relationships with Account Managers
- Dealing with all incoming calls & queries
- Order Input
- Investigating common/recurring issues and logging them so they can be monitored and improved upon
- Receiving and processing/investigating customer complaints through to resolution
