Sales Customer Service Advisor

Job Title: Sales and Retention Customer Service Advisor
Location: Newcastle – Office based
Salary: £26,550 + OTE of £3000-£9600 per annum
Contract: Full time – permanent
Hours: 40 hours over 5 days a week, Monday to Friday shifts between 8am – 7:15pm and alternate Saturday shifts between 9am – 5:15pm
Start Date: 10th August 2026 (If you have holiday within the first 4-5 weeks of employment, your application will be reviewed before being processed)
Interview Dates: 13th - 23rd July 2026

What will I be doing?
- Striving towards sales goals or retaining customers who are coming to the end of their policy
- Engaging with Customers and building confidence to deliver outstanding customer outcomes on every call
- Identifying customer needs to ensure the correct products are promoted to them whilst resolving all queries
- Pushing for better by using resources, tools and systems available to offer the best customer outcome
- Maintaining focus and composure during peak call times, ensuring each customer receives the same exceptional level of customer service

Your application

Your interview
If you fit the behavioural profile to thrive within the role and environment, you will then be invited to attend a final stage interview which lasts approximately 60mins. You’ll meet with our friendly interviewers for a competency-based interview that contains a role play.
Onboarding
Once we’ve made you an offer and completed your pre-employment checks, you’ll receive your contract.
Training and going live on the phones!
Training will be conducted by our expert Academy team for up to 3 weeks followed by a period in our Grad Bay to get you fully confident in your role before joining your team.
