Sales Advisor (Entry Level Position) - Immediate starts available in Central London!
Please note: Candidates must be eligible to work in the UK and have Full-Time Equivalent Availability. This is a long-term opportunity for individuals looking to build their experience and develop their skills.

Our London-based client is looking for motivated individuals to join their team as Sales Advisors. Successful applicants will represent clients through face-to-face customer acquisition campaigns across residential campaigns on behalf of recognised non-profit clients within the London area. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals seeking an opportunity within a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.

Your Day-to-Day
- Represent a variety of clients through face-to-face customer engagement campaigns.
- Engage with customers across residential-based settings.
- Promote products and services while delivering a positive customer experience.
- Attend client training and invitations to daily upskilling sessions facilitated by experienced individuals.
- Provide feedback and insights from customer interactions.
- Maintain a professional approach when representing clients.

- Brand Awareness Fee (earn a daily fee paid to you, only applicable when representing a client for a full day), plus commission and performance incentives.
- Opportunities to attend client training and sessions designed to strengthen communication, customer engagement, and brand representation skills.

What Is Needed To Be a Successful Sales Advisor
- Strong English communication skills.
- Confidence engaging with customers face-to-face.
- An interest in building a long-term opportunity and continuing to develop your skills.
- Full-time equivalent availability, with a minimum of 4–5 full working days per week.
- Ability to commute to the London office each working day.

Our client values candidates from a wide variety of backgrounds and particularly welcomes individuals with experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, sales, marketing, call centres, bar work, front of house, care, administration, and other customer-facing roles.
This is a face-to-face opportunity operating across residential campaigns within the London area. Successful individuals will be subcontracted directly to our client. Earnings within this opportunity consist of a Brand Awareness Fee (where applicable), plus commission and performance incentives.
This role is not suitable for candidates still in education (school/College/University), or current international students due to availability. Our client is seeking candidates that can work 4/5 full days per week.
