Entry Level Sales & Customer Service Advisor - Immediate Starts Available
(Full-time Equivalent Role)
Are you a dynamic, driven and enthusiastic individual looking for a long-term opportunity within a customer-facing environment?
Client training, invitations to daily upskilling sessions and ongoing support are available from the start, making this a suitable opportunity for individuals looking to broaden existing skills within a customer-facing environment.
Based in Central London, our client is a sales and marketing company representing recognised non-profit organisations through face-to-face customer acquisition across retail pop-ups, promotional events and other event-based settings. Due to continued growth, they are looking to expand their customer-facing team with enthusiastic individuals interested in developing communication, customer engagement and sales skills.
Please note: This is a full-time equivalent opportunity and is not suitable for international students, current students or seasonal applicants.
They’re looking for candidates who demonstrate:
- Strong English communication and interpersonal skills due to the customer-facing nature of the opportunity.
- Full-time equivalent availability (5 full working days per week).
- A positive attitude with a willingness to learn and develop new skills.
- A professional approach and commitment to delivering a high standard of customer service.
- Ability to commute to the Central London office.

What's involved in this entry level sales role:
- Represent recognised non-profit organisations through face-to-face customer engagement across event-based settings.
- Engage with members of the public while delivering a professional customer experience.
- Share information about products and services clearly and confidently.
- Support customer acquisition activities and complete relevant sales administration using a digital tablet.

This opportunity operates on a subcontracted basis, with earnings consisting of a Brand Awareness Fee (where applicable), plus commission and performance incentives. Individuals from retail, hospitality, waiting staff, front of house, customer service, sales assistant and other customer-facing backgrounds may have transferable skills relevant to this opportunity.
