Entry Level Sales Associate - Immediate Start

(No Experience Required - Full Client Training Provided)

Looking to develop your skills within a customer-facing sales environment?

Our client offers an opportunity to gain experience within a face to face sales and customer service environment, supported by experienced sales professionals.

Based in London, our client is a sales and marketing company representing recognisable non-profit brands through face-to-face customer acquisition campaigns. They engage with members of the public through retail pop-ups, promotional events and other event-based settings across the London area. Due to continued growth, they are looking to expand their sales division with motivated individuals interested in developing sales and customer service skills.

This opportunity operates on a subcontracted basis. Earnings opportunities consist of commission and financial incentives.

Please note: This role is not suitable for students/international students, as the role requires full-time equivalent availability.

What They Are Looking For:

  • Strong English communication and interpersonal skills.
  • No previous experience required; customer-facing backgrounds are welcome.
  • Comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Full-time equivalent availability (4–5 days per week, Mon–Sat).

The Role:

  • Engage with customers face-to-face within event-based campaigns across London.
  • Provide information about products and services while answering customer enquiries.
  • Deliver a positive and professional customer experience.
  • Support customer acquisition activities and complete relevant sales administration.

No previous experience is necessary. Applicants from customer service, sales, retail, hospitality, waiting staff, front of house, administration, warehouse and other customer-facing backgrounds may have transferable skills relevant to this opportunity.

This role is not suitable for candidates still in education (school/College/University) or current international students. Our client is looking for candidates who can work 4/5 full days per week (Mon-Sat).
