About the Role:

This is your chance to join a leading design firm with an unrivaled reputation for luxury bespoke fitted furniture and staircases. As a Sales Designer, you'll be transforming houses into dream homes, guiding clients through the design process, and closing deals that bring their visions to life.

What You'll Do as a Sales Designer:

  • Attend 10-15 pre-qualified appointments weekly within a 90-minute radius of your home.
  • Conduct in-depth design consultations to understand client needs and preferences.
  • Utilise cutting-edge design software to create captivating presentations that bring your clients' visions to life.
  • Maintain accurate client records through CRM management.
  • This role demands flexibility, as appointments may occur during days, evenings, or weekends, lasting 1.5 to 2 hours.

Who We're Looking For:

  • Experienced Sales and Design Professionals: Proven track record in design or sales, ideally within the home improvement industry.
  • Excellent Communicators: Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients.
  • Design Enthusiasts: A keen eye for detail and a passion for creating beautiful and functional spaces.
  • Tech-Savvy Individuals: Comfortable using design software and technology to present ideas.
  • Organised and Results-Oriented: Able to manage your own schedule and achieve targets.
  • Must have a car, valid driving licence, smartphone, and a high-specification Windows laptop.
