Our client, a fast-growing Commercial Finance Brokerage based in Central London, is looking to hire ambitious and driven Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to join their expanding team.
This is an outstanding opportunity to learn from experienced industry professionals, develop your sales skills, and build a long-term career within the commercial finance sector.
The Role
As an SDR, you'll be responsible for generating new business opportunities and building relationships with business owners across the UK. You'll play a key role in supporting the brokerage's growth by identifying prospective clients, initiating conversations, and qualifying opportunities for senior brokers.

Key responsibilities include:
- Outbound prospecting via phone, email, and LinkedIn
- Identifying and engaging with business owners and decision-makers
- Qualifying leads and booking appointments for senior brokers
- Building and maintaining a strong sales pipeline
- Managing CRM activity and maintaining accurate records
- Working closely with experienced brokers and the wider sales team
What We're Looking For
- Recent graduate with 6-12 months sales experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Confident speaking with business owners and senior stakeholders
- Resilient, driven, and target-oriented mindset
- Highly motivated with a genuine desire to build a career in sales
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
