🚀 Buyer Services Assistant (Sales Development Executive) – Be the Engine Behind Every Sale

(12 Month Fixed Term Contract)

đź’Ľ The Role

As a Buyer Services Assistant, you’ll be at the heart of our buyer engagement strategy — helping to maximise attendance, influence buying behaviour, and deliver an exceptional customer experience.

You’ll work closely with sales, marketing, and operations teams, playing a key role in driving performance across multiple auctions and campaigns.

🎯 What You’ll Be Doing

  • Proactively engaging buyers through telesales and marketing activity
  • Building strong, lasting relationships with customers
  • Promoting stock, sales events, and digital auction channels
  • Analysing campaign performance and identifying opportunities to improve
  • Supporting marketing activity and creating targeted buyer campaigns
  • Tracking activity and insights through Salesforce and reporting tools
  • Helping convert provisional bids into completed sales
  • Gathering and acting on buyer feedback to improve experience and results
