What You’ll Be Doing

This is an exciting, fast-paced outbound B2B sales role where you’ll play a key part in growing our customer base for Payment Services. You’ll be the first point of contact for business-identifying opportunities, creating interest, and booking high-quality appointments for our field sales team.

  • Make outbound calls to new and existing business customers to uncover needs and generate sales opportunities.
  • Qualify prospects and book face-to-face appointments for our field representatives.
  • Provide clear, accurate information on products, pricing, and promotions to secure high-quality appointments.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of new business opportunities.
  • Work collaboratively with our field sales team to drive results.
  • Ensure all activity meets GDPR, FCA, and internal quality standards.
  • Keep systems updated and complete reports accurately and on time.
  • Build excellent relationships across Clear Business and contribute to continuous improvement.

What You’ll Bring

We’re looking for enthusiastic, motivated individuals who thrive in a target-driven environment and enjoy speaking to customers.

You’ll succeed here if you have:

  • Previous experience in a customer-facing or Telesales environment (B2B experience is a bonus but not essential).
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to adapt your style to different customers.
  • A proactive, resilient, and positive attitude.
  • Great organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • A desire to learn, grow, and develop your sales career.
  • Basic IT skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
