Sales Development / GTM

🏗️ The Role: Sales Development / GTM Less than 24 months since launch, we are adding 7 figures of ARR per month. We’ve built a world-class team of AI PhDs, engineers, and patent attorneys. Now, we need a high-energy, ambitious GTM specialist to build our outbound engine and help us scale to $1B+ ARR. What you’ll own: Identify high-potential leads and strategic prospects within our target market. Drive outbound activity through cold calling, emailing, and social media to hunt new business. Deploy personalized, high-impact outreach campaigns to maximize lead conversion. Sync closely with Account Executives to navigate prospect objections and leverage market trends. Continuously refine outreach strategies based on real-time feedback and market response. Track and report on critical metrics, including conversion rates, lead quality, and outreach velocity. Partner with sales leadership to analyze data and optimize the playbook for scale. 💡 About Solve Intelligence We are the fastest-growing startup transforming Intellectual Property. Our AI-powered platform handles invention harvesting, patent generation, and portfolio management. 20-30% MoM revenue growth. 300+ IP teams globally, including Tier-1 firms like DLA Piper and major tech enterprises. Users report 50-90% efficiency gains. Recently announced our $40M Series B (Total funding: $55M) from elite investors including Y Combinator, 20VC, and Visionaries. You’ll be joining a founding team with deep pedigree: Sanj (CRO): PhD in AI (Gatsby Unit, UCL), ex-Huawei R&D, former lead at Magic Carpet AI (acquired). Chris (CEO): PhD in AI (UCL), published researcher, ex-Dyson and Alan Turing Institute. Angus (CTO): MEng Computer Science, ex-Qualcomm and Coremont (Brevan Howard). 🚀 Who You Are We are a high-performance culture. To thrive here: You prioritize speed, are always itching to move faster, and want to book meetings in hours, not weeks. You have a relentless work ethic and take extreme ownership of your KPIs. You’re willing to go the extra mile to achieve the mission. You thrive in a positive, high-stakes environment and are eager to learn whatever it takes to win. You understand we are at the start of an exponential curve and want to drive mass adoption of state-of-the-art tools. 🛠️ What You Bring Must-Haves: Experience in B2B sales with a history of smashing KPIs and securing high-value meetings. Exceptionally clear written and verbal skills to engage sophisticated legal and technical prospects. A love for the data and a willingness to "grind" alongside the founders. Preferred & Nice-to-Haves: Experience selling complex SaaS products to mid-market or enterprise firms. Frequent user of AI products with an understanding of the current LLM landscape. Side projects, "hustles," or early-stage startup experience that shows you can build from zero. 🎁 What’s In It For You? Competitive base + unlimited commission upside. Meaningful ownership in a rocket ship. Full visa sponsorship and private medical insurance. Free meals and the chance to work with the smartest minds in AI. Ready to build the future of IP? Apply now. 🚀

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
