About The Job
We’re looking for a driven, curious, and commercially minded individual to join our Sales Development team.
At Infinity, our Sales Development Team sits at the heart of the business. Working closely with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success, you’ll play a critical role in identifying opportunities, shaping first impressions, and driving sustainable growth.
This role is ideal for someone with high energy, confidence, and ambition, someone who enjoys building relationships, asking great questions, and learning fast. You’ll be supported to succeed from day one, with clear progression opportunities and a structured development pathway into roles such as Account Executive or other areas of Sales.

You’ll be enrolled in our Infinity Sales Training Academy, an internally designed programme built to develop high-performing sales professionals.

Through a combination of structured learning, coaching, and real-world experience, you’ll build strong foundations in:
- Sales fundamentals and best practice
- Advanced methodologies including Challenger, Sales EQ, and MEDDIC
- Qualification, discovery, and value-based selling
Our comprehensive onboarding programme will immerse you in Infinity’s products, markets, and ideal customer profile. From there, you’ll receive role-specific training and ongoing support from your manager and wider team, helping you grow confidence, capability, and impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Qualifying inbound leads and understanding customer needs
- Generating outbound leads and new opportunities
- Managing leads and maintaining accurate CRM data
- Working closely with Sales Managers across key target sectors
- Representing Infinity professionally in early-stage customer conversations
Key Requirements

- 12 Months minimum SDR/Recruitment experience
