About the Role
This is a full-time, on-site Sales Development Representative role based in Fareham.
As Sales Development Representative, your focus is on:
- Identifying, prospecting, and qualifying new business opportunities for trades and small service businesses.
- Engaging prospects across multiple channels (phone, email, and online).
- Booking discovery calls or product demos for the wider sales team.
- Managing both inbound and outbound leads with precision and follow-through to improve conversions.
Key Responsibilities
Core Tasks
- Conduct consultative sales conversations tailored to prospective clients, positioning LeadsEveryday’s lead-generation services as a strategic solution.
- Qualify leads based on business needs (csv upload, campaign volumes, turnaround times, etc.).
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure seamless pipeline handoff, including fitness reviews and deal management.
- Work closely with marketing to refine lead-generation tactics, ads, and messaging for improved engagement.
- Maintain accurate CRM records (tracked activities, call logs; progress updates).
- Monitor performance against business objectives, optimising outreach strategies and conversion tactics.
- Assist in internal reporting on outreach trends and customer feedback.

Lead Management
- Follow-up systematically on inbound and outbound leads, ensuring every touchpoint converts prospects further along the sales funnel.
- Use hubspot/crm tools for managing lead pipelines, updating statuses real-time, and tailoring outreach accordingly.
Relationship Building
- Build and nurture client relationships through consistent communication, ensuring follow-up consistency.
- Align client expectations with service delivery timelines, ensuring they understand the process and ROI.
Collaboration
- Partner with marketing to analyse lead sources, improve ad performance, and refine campaign messaging.
- Integrate closely with customer support for troubleshooting, recommendations, and support queries raised by hot leads.
Requirements & Fit
Essential
- Exceptional communication skills – ability to engag epassionately with a wide range of individuals, including senior-tradespeople unexposed to digital services.
- Consultative selling mindset—understanding client needs and positioning LeadsEveryday’s solutions as aligned to growth goals.
- Self-driven with a results-oriented approach—able to deliver high-volume outreach, meet sales targets, and keep momentum going.
- Change-managed perseverance and resilience for handling objections and call refusals in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Ability to adopt basic CRM experience (e.g. HubSpot), as well as lead tracking and reporting software familiarisation.
- Minute-by-minute attention to detail in outreach timelines and follow-up consistency.

Desirable
- Previous experience in sales, customer-facing support or business development with a track record of increasing customer bases or scaling providers’ operations.
- Knowledge of digital marketing, PPC, or lead-generation tools (bonus, but not mandatory).
- Independent Status Business Owner or Key Customer with experience of trades or small service businesses.
