About the Role
We're looking for key talent to join our growing Sales team at Elyos. As one of our first Sales Development Representatives, you will be building and executing a world-class outbound sales engine. This role is crucial in driving revenue channels from crafting compelling messaging to setting impactful sales meetings.
You’ll actively contribute to the sales pipeline, ensuring our outbound processes are not only effective, but also scalable.
You will be responsible for outbound lead generation, keeping our rapid growth on track. For the right candidate, this role will quickly expand into a full Account Executive position, owning sales end to end.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation
- Initial performance targets will be set based on meetings booked per week
- Outbound campaigns and pipeline management for the AE's
- Experience running campaigns across LinkedIn, phone, email

Account Executive
- With proven early success, the role is expected to expand into a Junior Account Executive role
- Running discovery calls to filter and keep the pipeline most strong
- Pipeline management and lead generation for your own deals
- Generating more inbound supporting the Founder with marketing and social media campaigns as we grow and scale

Experience
- Two years experience as an SDR, running outbound campaigns to bring in new leads weekly
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences
- Strong process management skills with the ability to juggle multiple customer accounts simultaneously
- Excited to work in a fast-paced environment
- Problem-solving and eagerness to find creative solutions to customer challenges
