Sales Development Representative
As a London based Sales Development Representative (SDR), you'll play a key role in the identification, outreach, and qualification of new business for Green Street’s products and services across across the EMEA.
Job Responsibilities
Develop an advanced understanding of our products and the companies/prospects who would use them Work to meet and exceed monthly goals surrounding outbound emails, calls, meeting arrangement Develop ideal customer profiles for outbound prospecting and build a robust pipeline of prospects in defined EMEA markets across the entire product suite Develop and execute prospect engagement campaigns with Marketing, Sales, and Account Management to drive referred pipeline and revenue generation Achieve key activity (e.g., calls, emails, meetings set) and other performance metrics
Candidate Profile
You’ve done some selling in the past or have the ability and desire to become great at software sales You strive for excellence, you find ways to overachieve, keep improving and challenge yourself You love connecting with people online, on the phone, and face-to-face Basic understanding of the financial services sector Gritty, coachable, self-motivated, and socially aware Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities Can-do, agile attitude necessary to thrive in a scale-up environment Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred

Compensation, Benefits And Work Authorization
In addition to a basic salary, this position is eligible for a performance bonus and benefits (subject to eligibility requirements). Total compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to, type of position, location, education level, work experience, and certifications. This information is applicable for all full-time positions.
Green Street will not sponsor or transfer employment work visas for this position. Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United Kingdom without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future.
