About The Role

Fiskl is looking for a driven and motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing team. As an SDR, you will play a critical role in building our sales pipeline and driving revenue growth. This is a commission-only position, with the opportunity to earn significant income through a competitive commission structure.

Position type

  • Full-time or part-time contract role, remote within +/-5h maximum of GMT (UK). The role can evolve to a full-time employee role.

What you’ll be doing

  • Identify and qualify potential customers through outbound prospecting and lead generation activities
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads
  • Schedule and conduct high-value sales conversations with decision-makers
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute sales strategies
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets

What you’ll need

  • 1+ years of experience in a sales or business development role
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • A self-starter mentality and a drive to succeed
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools

  • Remote position available (within +/-4h of UK GMT time zone)
  • Excellent English fluency (written and verbal)

Commission Structure

For Revenue Share Partnerships Sales

  • Base Commission: 10% of the total revenue generated from the partnership in the first year.
  • Renewal Commission:
    • 5% commission on all revenue generated from the partnership in the second year.
    • 3% commission on all revenue generated from the partnership in the third year and beyond.
  • Performance-Based Commission:
    • An additional 2% commission on all revenue generated from the partnership if the partnership generates more than $100,000 in the first year.
    • An additional 3% commission on all revenue generated from the partnership if the partnership generates more than $250,000 in the first year.
  • Team Commission:
    • 2% commission on all revenue generated from partnerships introduced by team members directly introduced by the partnerships sales representative.
  • Annual Bonus:
    • An annual bonus of $10,000 for achieving or exceeding 125% of the annual revenue targets.

For Upfront License Sales (wholesale licenses)

  • Base Commission: 15% of the total upfront license fee for all closed deals.
  • Performance-Based Commission:
    • An additional 2% commission on all upfront license fee if the deal is worth more than $50,000.
    • An additional 3% commission on all upfront license fee if the deal is worth more than $100,000.
  • Team Commission:
    • 2% commission on all upfront license fee generated by team members directly introduced by the sales representative.
  • Annual Bonus:
    • An annual bonus of $10,000 for achieving or exceeding 125% of the annual license sales targets.

Note: This commission structure is designed to incentivize and reward high-performing partnerships sales representatives for their hard work and dedication. The commission structure is subject to change at the discretion of the company.
