This is an opportunity to join one of Bristol's most exciting Tech for Good businesses, helping some of the UK's biggest brands create meaningful social and environmental impact in the communities they serve.
As a Sales Development Representative, you'll be responsible for identifying and engaging prospective customers, generating high-quality sales opportunities and working closely with the Business Development team to drive the company's continued growth.
This is the perfect role for someone who loves speaking to people, enjoys the challenge of outbound sales and wants to develop their career within a purpose-driven SaaS business.

What You'll Be Doing:
- Researching and identifying target organisations and key decision-makers
- Prospecting through phone, email and LinkedIn to generate new business opportunities
- Qualifying prospective customers and booking meetings for the Business Development team
- Running discovery conversations to understand customer challenges and business objectives
- Building and nurturing relationships with senior stakeholders
- Maintaining accurate records within HubSpot CRM
- Working closely with the Business Development team to refine messaging and go-to-market strategy
- Keeping up to date with industry trends, competitors and market developments
- Delivering against activity targets, KPIs and meeting generation goals
What You'll Need To Apply:
- Previous experience in a B2B Sales Development, Business Development or Recruitment role
- A proven track record of achieving sales targets and KPIs
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Strong research skills with the ability to identify high-quality prospects
- A proactive, resilient and self-motivated approach
- Experience using CRM platforms such as HubSpot would be advantageous
- An interest in social impact, sustainability or purpose-led organisations would be a huge plus
